BERNINA and bernette Machine Service / Repair ...BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
Please call the shop (309-485-1010) to make your service appointment. Appointments can only be made by phone. Once your service date is available, you have one week to bring in your machine or your appointment will go to the next in line.
Unless otherwise noted - we may not accept phone messages, emails, or social media contact for appointments!
What you need to bring with your machine for service**:
- Machine
- Foot Control
- Power Cord
- Bobbin / Bobbin Case
- Multi-purpose sewing foot
**In order to avoid misplaced accessories, we may not keep all of your accessories when you check your machine in.
For older mechanical (non-Bernina) machine repairs, we recommend contacting Larry at Sew with Flo in Springfield, IL, 217-525-1005.
