Return Policy
Class Refund Policy
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- No returns accepted on fabric, patterns, books, or opened BERNINA software.
- Thread spools are non-returnable. Unopened spools may be exchanged for an alternate color of the same brand/size.
- Unregistered sewing machines or LauraStar items may be returned within 15 days of purchase. All packaging and original accessories MUST be included or additional fees may be incurred. Returns on these items after 15 days are at the discretion of one of the shop owners.
- 15% restocking fee and applicable finance charges shall be withheld for any returned sewing machine, LauraStar, carry bag, or furniture item. Any missing accessories will be deducted from return funds at full manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).
Class Refund Policy
- Notice of withdrawal from class(es) or events shall be made to the Sewing Studio by phone or in-person at least 48 hours in advance.
- Requests for refunds within 48-hours of class or event will be considered by management on a case-by-case basis.
- Withdrawal from events after specified cut-off date shall not be returned if open seat cannot be filled.
- Refunds for customer initiated cancellations will be issued as store credit only.
