Technical Talk -- It's your time with the Techs
This is the time for you to come and get the questions you have about maintaining your machine directly from technicians. You do not need to bring your machine, just bring your questions. Have the question - Why do we have to oil a Bernina so much? Why is the bobbin system created like it is? Have you ever gotten the dreaded 1010 error? Have you locked up your machine and didn't know why? All these questions and more will be answered. Read some Facebook comments and just wonder if they could possibly be correct, this is the time to get them out there.
