HoopSisters Monthly Tile Scene

Hoopsisters has released a series of Tile Scene projects to allow you to decorate your home with a scene each month.   Each tile scene is a quicker to complete project with less tiles to complete.    Hoopsister projects are completed with in the hoop quilting and a batting that is dual purposed to be both the batting and the stabilizer.    These projects are great for everyone.   The key you have to be aware of is hoop size.   But to help with hoop size, Hoopsisters offers a 5 or 8" block size in their releases.

We are very excited to announce, your instructor will be Cheryl Mark!    She will be presenting this class to you virtually - via ZOOM base.    We will have a class in the building where it will be what you are used too, but if you are too far away or hard for you to get your machine out, this is the best option yet with us presenting techniques and tips via a virtual set up.  This is another way of offering you learning opportunities on your terms.   At the shop or at home.   This is a great opportunity for you to try doing something on a off site basis.   There will be some learning pains with this approach as we are new at it.   We hope to also record this presentation and have it on-line for you to access at a time that is good for you.    And what else?   If you sign up for the monthly subscription to these tile scenes - you can attend Cheryl's instructional video for FREE!    So you buy the 3 quarterly tiles, then you call the store and ask to be signed up for Cheryl's class and the price will be free.   Let the fun begin!    Let's make this a new way of instruction to fill a void if you are unable to get to the store for whatever reason!

Embroidery Module
Embroidery Needles
Snips  
Thread colors  - you will need thread to match the fabric that you pick.
Embroidery bobbin thread
Yellow bobbin if your machine uses one
Embroidery Tear Away Tape
Trimmer by George and a 60mm rotary cutter
Vanish Lite wash away thread
HoopScissors - small or regular size (optional - but you do need curved handle scissors for the applique trimming)

Battilizer

** Quilter's Dream Wool - optional (we do have craft and crib size packages available in the shop)


Fabric choices for this project are up to you, then you will match thread to your choice.  

The amount of fabric you need is listed inside the HoopSister pattern at the store.

When you arrive at the store for this class, please unload your machine and project supplies at the front of the store and be ready to move your car to the east side of the building to park.   If you have mobility issues, you can park at the front of the store on the east or west end.

We must have 4 customers to move forward with this class.   If you must cancel, a refund to your account will be given.   If we need to cancel due to weather event or sickness, we will refund to your account and do our best to re-schedule so you can attend.   If you need to cancel for any reason, please call the store.
