By Annie - Get to Know the basics of By Annie
This is a 2 day class which is totally devoted to help you with understanding By Annie patterns and the process to create them. You will start with the basics and discuss Annie's label sheets. Then you will learn how to read her patterns. You will also learn how to layer soft and stable with fat quarters and quilting this fabric sandwich. Then you will go through the process of cutting your fabric to size using the labels that By Annie provides. The next step is to create your bag! And learn from the entire process.
To make this experience even easier for you, included in the price of the class is a kit of goodies for you to use over the course of the 2 days. The project we will be making is the Project Bag By Annie
Bring to this class the following:
Machine
Foot pedal
zipper foot
Quarter inch foot
Annie's 1/8th inch double sided tape
Stiletto -- not a purple thing or a seam ripper
Seam Ripper
Snips
Rotary Cutter
Ruler - at least 18" long
Cutting mat -- we have some in the room that can be used
Wonder clips
When you arrive the morning of the class, please be ready to drop off your machine and supplies, and then to park on the east side of the building. We will be there to assist in taking your machine out of the car if needed. If you must cancel this class, please call the store and let us know. A credit to your account will be issued.
