Supply list for Flower Stand Sew-a-Long
9:30-noon on the first Saturdays of the month
The Flower Stand Sew-a-Long is a scheduled day, every month, for those working on the Heather Briggs Block of the Month. We will be working on her quilt titled Flower Stand using the Flower Girl fabric collection. During our meetings, we hope to share techniques and discuss ideas for each of the 12 blocks, sewing 2 blocks per month.
July 6 – blocks 1+2
August 3 – blocks 3+4
September 7 – blocks 5+6
October 6 - blocks 7+8
November 2 – blocks 9+10
January 4 – blocks 11+ 12 (on ZOOM)
February 1- finishing (on ZOOM)
March 1 – celebration (on ZOOM ?)
Supply List/Please bring:
1) The two blocks (assigned to the date above), cut, organized, and ready to sew. You may wish to draw the diagonal lines on the assigned squares to expedite sewing in class.
2) Flower Stand BOM envelope for month (patterns)
3) supplies you bring to any sewing class; scissors, seam ripper, etc
4) SEWING MACHINE and sewing supplies you always bring when attending a sewing class; thread, bobbin, etc.
5) A smiling face
