Gravity Quilt by Jaybird Quilts Class
This quilt is absolutely amazing, but the better part while it looks complex, it is not as hard as it looks because you are using rulers from Jaybird Quilts - the Hex n More and Super Sidekick Ruler, and it is broken down into 9 unique blocks. When constructing you will be happy to know there are no Y seams to deal with.
The pattern for this quilt is a wonderful "book" giving you the roadmap to your final success. With Maria's help, she will guide you through each unique block. Don't want to pick fabric, we have the solution for that as well as we have kits ready for you to pick up while supplies last to get you started on this quilt.
This class will be one Saturday a month for 5 months. The dates are flexible as starting in the fall, we need to navigate through the holiday season. Once you start meeting, Maria will provide some options of dates for you to meet to allow you to keep up your momentum to work through this quilt. Each session, Maria will guide you through the creation of the block(s) for that month, and then with the break between classes, you will be able to sew those blocks. Maria also has a great guide to keeping your fabrics arranged in color order properly. That is also a key to successfully creating this quilt.

When taking a class, please be prepared to drop off your supplies in the front of the building and then we ask that you please move your car to the east side of the building.
There must be at least 5 students sign up for this class for it to proceed. If we do not reach this minimum, a refund in the form of a store credit will be issued. If you need to cancel last minute, please call the store. If the store must cancel due to minimums not being met, sickness or weather, we will try to reschedule the class or we will refund the class fee to your account
