Melissa will demystify this technique in a one day class. You will learn how to use paper piecing to create precise angles and points that will result in a beautiful pillow for you to take home.
We will be using a pattern from the book Learn to Paper Piece by Nancy Mahoney that is available for purchase.
Bring these Supplies with you to class:
3 coordinating fat quarters,
one fat quarter of background,
one half yard for border and pillow back
Sewing Machine
Thread
Scissors
Seam ripper
Straight pins
Ruler - at least 12 inches long
Rotary cutter
Cutting mat
Pen or pen
(optional)
Small iron and mat (irons will be provided if needed)
