Kimberbell Sew -- Cup of Cheer

So you have purchased one or many of the Kimberbell projects and you have questions on how to complete some of the techniques?      We are here to help you.   Come join us during this 2 day sew to get your questions answered and to get going on your project!

For Cup of Cheer, we will be going through the squares in the top right quadrant and will help you step through those squares.    Once that step through is done, you will be able to keep on embroidering for the two days with no interuptions.    Its your time to be away from home and just keep on going.

You will need at least the fabric top right quadrant for the squares we are going to sew.   You will also need the thread for these squares, the polymesh, the warm and white needed for the batting, the SF101 to back your fabric.     For the fabric applique squares, I use heat and bond lite on those.   We will have a sample of that product for you to try.

To complete this project, you will need the Kimberbell Cup of Cheer CD, the  embellishment kit (if you are going to do the entire quilt) and the fabric you need.   You will also need the quilting designs if you wish to quilt it.   They are available directly from Kimberbell.com

For the fabric, I highly suggest you just purchase fat quarters of the fabric you like.   You can truly complete this in any fashion you want -- she just gives you a pathway to follow to do the entire project.

You will need your machine and embroidery module and your oval hoop for most squares.    For the larger ones in the project, you will need a larger hoop or be able to execute the multi-hooping.   Remember your embroidery foot, your yellow bobbin for your machine, snips, applique scissors, and thread.
