Description: Who doesn’t need “a little jacket” to slip on for a quick errand. Tamarack is the perfect jacket. Quilted, this light-weight jacket is just as pretty on the inside as the outside. Techniques: straight seams and quilting. Bias binding is used on jacket edges.
