Open Sew Daze and Open Bag Sew is just the fix you need to be able to come in, sew in a relaxed and safe space to get those unfinished projects done. We will have 2 teachers in the room to assist you with all your questions. Come for one day or for both and leave your machine and sewing supplies overnight. You will get one table in exchange for the class fee.
We had so much fun with the first class, we are running this one again! The perfect travel companion, this functional bag includes a comfortable padded adjustable carrying strap and quick-grab side handles, as well as a handy trolley sleeve on back to secure the bag to rolling luggage. This is a must have for travel opportunities in 2026! We will be doing 3 classes. The first will be discussing and quilting the fabric. You will have time for any catchup between classes.
Cartonnage is the amazing "art of box making" that is SO fun and relaxing. This is a NO-SEWING required project and you can make amazing fabric boxes, cases and so much more! This is your chance to jump into a group or a single class on the art of cartonnage. This is a beginner class and a great place to start before advancing to bigger and more complex projects.

This is your time to come in and join us to continue to learn the power and brilliance of your 990 via creating the Amanda Murphy Placemats. You will be using a number of techniques to create these, while also having a new set of placemats for your home.

Each Quarter, we will have a few hours that is devoted to the great Bernina Feet. We all have them or have looked at them. We have feet in our possession that we don't use to their full potential. These lecture/demo/hands on sessions are meant to solve the mysteries and help you become more familiar with the great BERNINA feet! We will have machines in the classroom for you to use.
