This class will be a demo-lecture on understanding designs, understanding what your machine can do, and things to think about when setting up your game plan for your project.
Open Sew Daze and Open Bag Sew is just the fix you need to be able to come in, sew in a relaxed and safe space to get those unfinished projects done. We will have 2 teachers in the room to assist you with all your questions. Come for one day or for both and leave your machine and sewing supplies overnight. You will get one table in exchange for the class fee.

We all know someone who has or is currently impacted by cancer. It is a time in your life when you feel very alone and sometimes desperate. The Sewing Studio wants to put our talents to work and create some beautiful items for donation to the Community Cancer center in Normal.

This hands-on, two-day workshop is designed for sewists of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned pros, who want to explore the soft, luxurious world of Shannon Fabrics Cuddle® fabric while completing projects utilizing the BERNINA L8 Series Serger. Your instructor for this class will be a Shannon Representative with hands-on experience of the Bernina L890 serger
